Fractions Direct. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection.
Agents

We do employ other companies and individuals to perform certain functions on our behalf i.e. processing
credit card payments, removing repetitive information from customer lists, delivering packages, sending mail,
analyzing data. They will have access to the personal information needed to allow them to perform their
function but may not use it for any other purpose.
Security

We have made every effort to make our site as secure as possible with all transactions being handled
by PayPal or Google Check out secure online payment gateways. Your credit card details are not stored on our database.
We take all possible care to protect your personal details but in the absence of negligence on our part we can
not be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to the data provided
when you placed your order.
CONDITIONS OF USE

You may not use this site or any of its content to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or
advertising revenue generation on your own site. You use this site at your sole risk.
We reserve the right to deny you access to this site, or any part of it, at any time without notice. If you
engage in prohibited activities you could be denied access to the Site on a permanent basis.
Governing Law

Fraction’s policies and procedures are in accordance with the Law of England and you submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Courts of England. (Fractions Direct reserves the right to change its policy, notably in
line with any revised legislation.

ORDERING & PAYMENT
------------------
To order simply choose the items in the colour and size you require, add to your shopping basket and when
your order is complete head to the check out where your personal details will be requested.
Prior to acceptance of the order you will be able to see your invoice showing sterling prices inclusive of VAT,
along with post and packaging charges. At this point you can choose to pay via one of two secure payment Google
check out site or PayPal.
Once you have completed the payment you will be returned to the Fractions site and will receive an automated
confirmation of your order showing a unique number specific to your order.
Please note that for security requirements PayPal payments must have a confirmed address and all Google check out
transactions will only be approved if your card issuing bank can confirm that the details you have supplied match
those that they have on file.
Our stock systems are continually updated and should show existing stock levels. Please note that we reserve the
right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for
payment, if the item ordered is out of stock or if the item has been withdrawn from sale due to quality
control reasons.
Upon receipt of your order, provided the goods are in stock, they will be dispatched within 24hrs using a 24hrs
shipping service with Parcel force. This may take slightly longer if purchasing sale goods as we may need to
recall stock from one of our retail outlets but if there are to be any delay with the shipment we will advise
by email.
We accept payment (via Google checkout or PayPal) with the following debit/credit cards Amex, Visa,
Visa Electron, MasterCard. Maestro.
DELIVERY
--------
Goods will be dispatched by Fractions using Parcel force. This carrier will deliver to the address to which the
credit card is registered and they will require a signature for the goods. If there is no one home when Parcel
force try to deliver the driver will put a card through your letterbox and you will be asked to collect the item
from your local Royal Mail Office. The details of your local Royal Mail depot will appear on the card put
through your door.
We are currently only able to deliver goods within the United Kingdom (PayPal or Google Check out) and Eire
where only confirmed PayPal payments can be accepted.
All goods are insured whilst in transit but the responsibility passes to the customer upon receipt.
